We welcome the opportunity to work with landlords, estate agents, letting agents and managing agents and find the leaks that others can’t. We have plenty of experience in the property market and we already work with many prestigious firms who appreciate our technical leak detection expertise, customer service, attention to detail and reporting. Your dedicated Harmuns Team

You will have an experienced point of contact within the office who will talk through the job with you to gain a proper understanding of what is required. You will also have a highly experienced engineer assigned to you who (depending upon geographical spread) will look after all of your property leaks.

The engineer can join the pre-job call if technical expertise is needed or if it will help with the overall job. Your engineer will be assigned to you for the day and as standard will start at 9am.

The engineer will spend the day using a combination of equipment, including acoustics, tracer gas, thermal imaging and moisture mapping to find the source of the leak. Our engineer can access and fix the leak or if you have your own maintenance team or plumber to do the fix then we can just do the survey.

Next steps

During the job the engineer will take plenty of photos and videos if appropriate. Afterwards we will send you a full report which highlights all the processes the engineer went through and includes a conclusion and other further recommendations.

If you are using Insurance then you can submit this report as evidence of the works carried out. Your Harmuns internal staff will contact you to make sure you’re happy and the job went as expected.
